The Ontario SPCA seeks the public’s help after several severed cats heads were found in Frankford, Ontario.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -Quinte West, Ontario (August 3, 2017) – The Ontario SPCA is asking the public to contact 310-SPCA should they have any information that pertains to several severed cat heads found in an open field in Frankford, Ontario.
Over the past month three severed cat heads have been found near the Heritage Trail old railroad tracks in Frankford, Ontario. No bodies or other body parts have been found.
The Ontario SPCA is treating this as suspicious and asking the public to come forward should they have any information regarding these cats.
